What is the Career Development Europe program?

A student graduates with a heap of book knowledge from a University/College. However, the real-life practical working experience is needed to have a successful career or even get hired at a job. Hence, Universities/Colleges require students to work at a known company for a designated period to acquire the experience needed to succeed in a work place, which is often known as Internship.
